Prorgam Manager has to own P/L responsibilities of a particular business vertical. He/She would plan, execute and manage a particular program. While running the program in multiple locations he /she has to build and manage a small team of professionals under him/her direct supervision. His responsibility includes but not limited by day to business operations, planning and service delivery in training, managing admissions, drive business growth and expansion of further business in geographies and centers. Maintaining records and documents is also a key task for the role.
An ideal candidate should be at least graduate with some management qualifications, in his /her mid or late 30s, should be presentable, having string leadership and executive disposition. Program Manager is expected to bring with him/her reasonably large experience in similar program management role/s in reputed training/educational organization. The candidate must have strong presentation skills and should have knowledge of popular office software.
